H G Hayter & Sons

   established 1917   

In 1917 Henry George Hayter became the new tenant of Rowe Hill Farm with his wife Edith and their two sons Bob and Fred, and H G Hayter & Sons was established. He went on to by the farm in 1919 and over the years it went from mixed farming to dairy and then to beef cattle and forage. Today the Hayter family works alongside a small number of friendly and knowledgeable staff from the local community that it strives to serve.

Field Opening Hours

Winter hours Monday – Sunday 8am to 4pm, extending during the summer months where daylight permits.
